Bake Sale

-
The main goal of the bake sale was to raise as much money as possible from the sale of baked goods within the time frame of a 4-hour period in one day.

-
To achieve this goal, a bake sale was held in Kingsmead, Bath on 13th August from 12:00-16:00.

-
The bake sale was organised by the entire team, with different components (I.e., the acquisition of baked goods) focused on pairs.

-
This area of the project was undertaken over a period of a couple weeks, with the longest task being the acquisition of baked goods, as responses from bakeries took time to get – the 12th of August was set as a deadline for receiving responses.

To complete the set tasks, a small number of tangible and intangible resources were required:

-
Baked goods - donated by local bakeries
-
Table & gazebo
-
Card reader – borrowed from charity
-
Table banner – borrowed from charity
-
Posters & signs – created by group from charity designs
-
Street collection permit & promotional pitch booking
