Agile Project Management
After much deliberation, our team decided on an agile approach to project management. Agile project management is an iterative system that dynamically adjusts to changing requirements as the project progresses (Hoda, Noble and Marshall, 2008). Larger goals are divided into smaller tasks, making work more manageable and actionable. Smaller goals not only allow us to avoid risks, but they are frequently required to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness. Excel was also used to simplify complex work and divide smaller tasks among team members, reducing the time required to complete a goal.

Maximizing Efficiency and Quality
Scrum framework was implemented to further the benefits of Agile management, increasing efficiency and reducing risk. Scrum Master was assigned to one of the members, to divide the work. Our team was divided into three sub-groups: social media, bake sale, and t-shirt sale. The deadlines for each task were set as fixed duration cycles called "sprints." The Scrum Master held regular meetings to track progress and address any issues that arose, underlining the importance of collaboration between us and with the charity. A framework like this improves the project's flexibility and stability. It enables us to concentrate on organising workflow to increase productivity and maintain work quality (Hidalgo, 2019).

Campaign & Timeline (Gantt Chart)
A Gantt Chart was created to help visualize work progress. A Gantt Chart is a clear visualized presentation of plan timing (start, duration, and finish time) and task progress monitoring (Mourtzis, Siatras and Zogopoulos, 2020). It coordinates activities to ensure smooth operation and allows members to understand task requirements. It also shared a workflow and task connectivity consensus among group members, increasing coordination and collaboration.
